Dishnetwork has developed the best Switching Technology in the industry. Unlike rival "Directv", Dishnetwork now uses separators to create new lines for DVRs. What does this mean? Put it this way....If you want a two tuner recorder all you have to do is put a separator on the end of a cable and plug it in. Total time ... 10 minutes. If you had to do it the old way total time is many hours plus you need more rg6 cable and tools to get it done. We have the older switches and will for many more years. If all you need is a DPP separator, we have that too.
